  • Why are your products so much cheaper?
    All of the items we sell are provided through amazing partnerships with our suppliers and consist of either Returns (most of which are unused), Obsolete stock (items which may have been superceded by a new version but are perfectly usable) or items from companies who are no longer in business. Where necessary we will test an item before it is put on sale and repack using non-original boxes but some stock will be unused and indistinguishable from new in their original packing. Customers, though, benefit enormously form being able to purchase at well below normal market value. Our suppliers and the environment also benefit, of course, as we are reducing the amount of goods which traditionally went to landfill.
  • What is Opportunity Warehouse all about?
    Opportunity Warehouse are part of The National Family Centre Limited, SC052334, a Registered Charity. We are the sales arm of the Charity created to sell a wide variety of items, including clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, furniture, home goods, and electronics. We are passionate not only about helping those families and individuals most in need but also about sustainability and, in the current economic climate, we believe that everyone should have access to quality goods at an affordable price. We are also committed to reducing waste and helping to create a more sustainable future for everyone. We hope you will visit our shop and find the perfect item for you!   • Is Shipping Free?
    As you will see from our website and when you order, shipping is FREE on ALL items over £50 total order value within the UK. For items below that value we charge a nominal £3.00 only. However, because we are a non-profit organisation, we ask that, if you order and then change your mind, then you will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.
